ACHS senior Sam Ashley and ACHS sophomore Masen Thompson are performing at the Little Theatre on the Square in Sullivan in the production of The Spongebob Musical.
Some of ACUSD drama, band and chorus students attended the opening show.

This month at ACHS, FCCLA sponsored a "On Wednesdays in October, We Wear Pink" campaign. Today was the last Pink Out Wednesday, so we commemorated it with a picture of students and staff decked out in all the shades of pink to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Students in Mrs. Schafer's Parenting class took part in a nutritious snack lab. They made white chocolate banana ghosts and PB&J skewers. Guiding children in these snack activities would help them develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.

Mrs. Wendling's Kindergarten class had a fun week learning about Pumpkins. The students enjoyed reading Stumpkin by Lucy Ruth Cummins and doing some activities centered around pumpkins. We did alot of story retelling, learned about the parts of a pumpkin, had a fun snack, and made a class Jack-o-lantern. 🎃

Kindergarten showed our principals some love today for principals day!

AGS students and staff wore yellow today in support of Spina Bifida Awareness! 🎗

Mrs. Miller's class has been reading fiction and nonfiction pumpkin books. Today, they were able to experiment with one and watch it turn into a jack-o'-lantern.

The last two days, Mrs. Schafer's 3 FACS classes have been working on their savvy consumer skills by participating in a blind taste test of 6 grocery products. They tasted store and name brands and determined if they would be willing to switch to the more economical brand. We could have saved $10.29 on just the 6 products we tasted.

Please join us in celebrating Principals Day today!

Mrs. Miller's class created a large 10 frame on the floor. The students then took turns rolling dice and counting their peers to show the number on the 10 frame.
