How will the affect you?
If you are the parent or guardian of an ACUSD#10 student you may have received phone calls that start out with "This is School Reach calling . . ." That pre message may change. Also School Messenger pulls the student home phone number directly from Teacher Ease so whatever home phone number is listed for your son or daughter in Teacher Ease that is the number the system is going to call.
IF YOUR HOME PHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED RECENTLY PLEASE CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE AND HAVE IT CHANGED ASAP.
Also - if you have any School Reach smart phone apps that are using the ACUSD#10 accounts please be aware that those will stop working on or about December 2nd as the changeover should be complete by that time.
LASTLY If you get a call from either of our automated calling systems and it is calling the wrong number or you do not have a student attending ACUSD#10 schools please call the school office that made the call. (AGS - 618-483-5171 / ACHS 618-483-6193). When you call please give us the phone number that the system is calling and if possible what student might be tied to that number.
